Uniform required for GA / KA / FSA / Kitchen Porter / Catering Assitant work: you'll need a plain black t-shirt, plain black trousers and safety shoes or chef crocs
Uniform required for Plate waiting / Bartending / Events: you'll need a smart long sleeve collared shirt, smart plain black trousers and black / dark brown / navy smart shoes.
Uniform for all Chefs: you'll be required to take with you your Chef whites, Chef trousers, Chef knives and an apron
