A child care support organization in Shoreham-by-Sea is looking for Support Workers to provide trauma-informed care to children. Candidates should have a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent, experience with young people in challenging situations, and a full UK driving licence. This role offers a base salary of £32,000 plus additional benefits, along with opportunities for career growth and ongoing training.
