Job summary

A recruitment service is seeking Childrens Residential Support Workers for ongoing positions in East Midlands. Job description

We are currently recruiting for Childrens Residential Support Workers, these will be long term and on-going positions, nights 4 on/4 off. 22.15pm to 0745am and will include waking nights. The residential home has 12 children/young people aged 8 - 18, and you will have experience of challenging behaviour and special education needs to include autism and non-verbal.

You will be qualified in either Health and Social Care (Children's) minimum level 2 is essential or an equivalent qualification.

These positions will commence once a 2 week paid induction is completed, 1 week of which will include working 2 days and 2 nights working and the 2nd week will be shadowing on a shift basis.

These are temporary ongoing positions and unfortunately these roles do not offer sponsorship, and you will be required to provide 5 years referencing and hold a fully enhanced DBS on the update service.

There is good public transport links to the residential home both by train and bus, if required.
