A children's support services provider in the UK is seeking a compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker. Salary: £33,357.00 to £33,980 per annum (including 10 sleeps per month paid at £60 per sleep and an hourly rate of £12.60 Αν ... £12.90 per hour (depending on qualification). Opportunities to pick up overtime at an enhanced rate.

Hours: 173 hours per month - shift pattern is 2 days on, 4 days off, withEnemies in’s. Rotas given in advance. We are a 365 day a year service due to the nature of our work.

Essential requirements for a Children's Residential Support Worker:
  • A full driving licence issued in the UK
  • Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
  • Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare
  • Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above
  • Previous childcare or support worker experience is advantageous but not essential
