During those crucial periods between long-term placements, we step in with 24/7 wrap-around support packages until a more suitable arrangement is found.

Our reach extends across the UK, so we're seeking highly flexible support workers who can adapt to various locations and stay for short durations. This opportunity is ideal for those without major commitments at home.

Qualifications and requirements

  • Clear DBS check.

  • Full Right To Work status in the UK.
  • High level of professionalism and dedication; safeguarding children is a priority.
  • Understanding of Trauma Informed and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) frameworks.
  • Full UK driving licence is required (note: applications without a full licence will not be progressed).
