Grade: Grade 7, points 25-29

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 30 hours per week

Working Pattern: Term Time Only plus 2 weeks

Actual Salary: £26,660 - £29,226

The Governing Board of Marland Hill Community Primary School are seeking to appoint a Children’s Welfare Officer to support children and families across school. The successful candidate will ideally have experience of working with families, and the full range of child protection levels.

Marland Hill School is a popular, over‑subscribed two form entry primary school situated in a PFI school. The school is a resource base for up to 16 hearing impaired pupils and a drop‑in centre for visually impaired pre‑school children.

The Governors are keen to appoint an enthusiastic, flexible, well‑motivated person to join our friendly, supportive and highly successful team.
