A reputable NHS trust in Salford seeks an experienced Children's Speech and Language Therapist for a fixed-term position (1 year, 3 days/week). You will deliver assessments and interventions, working within a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include producing assessment reports, training parents/carers, and utilizing evidence-based practices to support children's communication needs. We are looking for an experienced Children’s Speech and Language Therapist for a 1 year, 3 days/week fixed term post (maternity leave cover) to work within our Complex needs team. The role will involve the delivery of assessments and interventions within specialist settings, clinic and homes and the delivery of training to parents/carers and colleagues. You will be part of a well-established and experienced group of SLTs. Salford Children’s Speech and Language Therapy Service provide CPD, supervision, support and mentoring from a range of experienced SLTs across the service. You will be part of a large, friendly, supportive team who are passionate about ensuring that all children and families receive appropriate and timely therapeutic and preventative interventions that aim to safeguard and promote the welfare of children.
Due to the nature of the post you may be required to travel to different sites as required by the service.
