A children's support organization in Hemel Hempstead seeks a Children's Residential Support Worker to empower and care for young people aged 8-18 facing Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties (EBD). This is a FANTASTIC opportunity to join a supportive team at a recently revamped children's home in Hemel Hempstead. As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you'll play a key role by empowering and caring for young people (aged 8-18) facing Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

Salary: £28,558 - £32,986 (sleep allowance included)

Hours: Full-Time
Contract: Permanent
Shift pattern: Varied Shift Pattern with 2 sleep-ins a week!
Example - Monday 8am-11pm / sleep-in / Tuesday 8:30am finish.
