Location: The Moorings - Sittingbourne

Compensation: £34,513 - £35,135 / year

Description

Do you want to make a difference to a child’s life? Then become a highly valued children’s residential care worker and start a truly rewarding career!

Hours: 173 Hours per Month, long shifts 8am-11pm (with sleep nights). We are a 365 day a year service due to the nature of our work. Rotas given in advance.

Pay rate: A salary of £34,512.60 to £35,135.40 per year, depending on qualifications (based on a pay rate of £13.85 to £14.15 per hour - depending on qualifications - and undertaking 8 sleeps per month on average). Opportunities to pick up extra shifts / overtime at an enhanced rate.

The role

Park Road is a three-bedroom children’s home, offering crisis intervention and trauma-informed therapeutic care. Our young people receive the highest quality residential care, as well as taking part in recreational activities tailored to the child’s interests (e.g. cinema, swimming and sports).
