Registered Childrens Home Manager - New 3 bed EBD Children's Home in Cannock

Starting salary £60-£65K, plus £3K registration bonus and Ofsted bonuses

The Company

You will be joining a passionate owner / director who is a trustee of a children's charity and join his senior leadership team who have background in children's social care and SEN education who want to make a huge difference to children in care.

This new children's home, a big detached house in Cannock is SC2 ready. As the children's home registered manager you will be encouraged to put your own stamp on the home and have the autonomy to manage the home in your own style and recruit who you want on your team!

The Requirements :
  • Experience gained as a children's home registered manager or a strong children's home deputy manager looking to step up.
  • Experience of leading Ofsted children's homes inspections
  • Level 3 children's residential qualification as a minimum
  • Ideally be enrolled onto or hold a level 5 Diploma in Leadership and management for Residential Childcare.
  • Have excellent leadership and management skills to build and support a great team.
  • Be passionate about making a difference to children and young people's lives
