Qualifications

  • Proven experience in children's residential care.
  • Strong understanding of Ofsted standards and safeguarding.
  • Willingness to complete the Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
  • Skilled in leading teams and managing behaviours associated with trauma.
  • IT‑confident and data‑literate.

£50,000 - £55,000 per year

40 hours / week (MonFri) + occasional evenings / weekends + on-call rota

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Children's Home Manager to lead the registration and operations of a new Ofsted‑regulated children's home, supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

This is an exciting opportunity for a current Registered Manager or Deputy looking to step up and make a real impact.

  • Lead and manage an Ofsted‑registered children's home
  • Deliver trauma‑informed, person‑centred care
  • Safeguard and support children with complex needs
  • Inspire, manage, and support your team
