REF 90 – CENTRE MANAGER (CHILDREN'S CENTRE AND OUTREACH) – EALING AND HARROW AREAS – £39,000 + BENEFITS – 37.5 HOURS PER WEEK – DAY HOURS WITH WEEKENDS

Forest Care Selection are delighted to be working with a leading Learning Disabilities charity in London.

This innovative provider is seeking a Centre Manager to oversee their innovative service in the Ealing and Harrow areas delivering a range of activity programmes for Children and Young People with a Learning Disability.

This is a unique opportunity for childcare professional to assist in the development and running of a new service.

Responsibilities
  • Promote the values of the organisation in all interactions.
  • Develop and oversee activity programmes in various forms for Children and Young People.
  • Lead a team including Deputy Manager, Session Leaders and Playworkers to assist in providing the best outcomes for Children and Young People with a Learning Disability.
  • Oversee the day to day operations of the service and through the deputy manager ensure high quality activities are being delivered.
Deputy Manager – Qualifications & Experience
  • Level 5 qualification in Childcare, Early Years or residential childcare.
  • 5 years' experience in Childcare sector with a 1 year of leadership experience.
  • Awareness of SEND and PBS.
  • Driving licence and access to a vehicle desirable.

The successful candidate will enjoy a base salary of £39,000 plus benefits and the opportunity to develop their career within a progressive charitable provider.
