A childcare service provider in Birmingham is seeking a Residential Care Practitioner to offer high-quality care for children with learning disabilities. The ideal candidate will provide personal care, support education, and promote independence. Experience in similar care settings and an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care are required. Location: Based at one of our children’s homes in the Birmingham area
Hours: Full time
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £12.31 - £12.66 per hour, depending on experience

As a Residential Care Practitioner, you’ll provide high-quality, child-centred care to children and young people with learning disabilities, behavioural challenges, and emotional needs. You’ll work collaboratively with a close-knit team to promote wellbeing, personal development and independence in line with individual care plans.
