Job summary

An established early years education provider in Crawley is seeking enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners (Level 2 or 3) for term-time only full-time and part-time roles. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care, support children's learning and emotional wellbeing, and engage in ongoing training. A nurturing environment is emphasized, and applicants should possess a childcare qualification, with experience being a plus. An enhanced DBS check is a requirement.

Qualifications

Happy Bears Early Years Ltd is seeking caring and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners to join our warm, supportive team. We currently have one full-time position and one part-time position available, both term-time only.

We offer a nurturing, inclusive environment where children learn through play, curiosity and strong relationships. Our approach is child-led, with a focus on in-the-moment teaching and following children's interests in line with the EYFS (2025).

Role and Responsibilities
  • Providing high-quality care and education for children

Qualifications and Experience

  • Is willing to engage in ongoing training and professional development

An enhanced DBS check and two suitable references will be required as part of our safer recruitment process.
