A recruitment agency is seeking a Childcare Assessor to provide training and coaching to apprentices in Child Care. The role involves delivering quality, engaging schemes of work, setting training targets, and managing documentation for apprentices' progress. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of relevant experience in Child Care and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This remote role requires a car driver and promotes a strong commitment to learner development and quality.
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum + £375 monthly car allowance
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Remote with a East Midlands remit
Hours: Full Time
The purpose of this role is to deliver training and coaching to apprentices through current frameworks & new standards with the aim of each learner successfully achieving end point assessment. You will be responsible for delivering quality, engaging and motivational 1-2-1 and group schemes of work to apprentices.
