A leading training organization is seeking a Childcare / Residential Childcare Assessor to deliver training and coaching to apprentices. The role involves setting training targets, acting as a client liaison, and ensuring quality in training delivery. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience in Child Care, possess excellent communication skills, and be committed to lifelong learning. This is a remote position with a salary of up to £30,000 per annum plus a car allowance.

Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Remote with an East Midlands remit
Hours: Full Time
The purpose of this role is to deliver training and coaching to apprentices through current frameworks & new standards with the aim of each learner successfully achieving end point assessment. You will be responsible for delivering quality, engaging and motivational 1-2-1 and group schemes of work to apprentices.
