A leading e-commerce marketplace in Greater London is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to drive revenue growth and profitability. As a key member of the Executive Team, the CRO will shape the commercial strategy, manage merchant growth, and develop new revenue streams. The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will take full ownership of all revenue-generating functions across their platform. As a key member of the Executive Team, reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll be responsible for shaping and executing the commercial strategy to drive sustainable growth, profitability, and long-term value. From leading merchant growth and retention, to partnering with marketing and developing new revenue streams, this role offers a rare opportunity to influence every lever of the marketplace’s commercial success.

The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership experience in a senior commercial role within a UK or European online marketplace or e-commerce business. You’ll have a strong trading background, a deep understanding of marketplace dynamics, and a track record of managing and scaling sizeable, high-performing teams. With end-to-end P&L ownership experience of revenues exceeding £30 million, you’ll be commercially analytical, financially astute, and confident operating at board level.
