The Chief People Officer role

Part of the Organisational Effectiveness Directorate, the Chief People Officer is a strategic and transformative role at Migrant Help. You will lead the Organisational Effectiveness function, driving the way we attract, develop and support our people and evaluating the impact of the work that we do. In partnership with senior leaders, the CPO is dedicated to making us a place where people thrive, leadership is inclusive, performance is recognised and rewarded, and wellbeing is prioritised. You will champion equity, diversity and inclusion, embedding these in the colleague experience. Leading on monitoring, evaluation and learning, you will have a key role in effectively demonstrating the outcomes of our work while using learning to strengthen our overall organisation.
