A leading health charity in the UK is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to drive operational excellence and financial leadership. The role includes leading a multi-disciplinary team across digital, HR, and finance functions. The new COO will support over half a million people and enhance data-driven decision-making. Candidates should hold a professional accountancy qualification and possess strong leadership skills. This position offers a competitive salary of around £90,000, with a remote/hybrid working option.
Chief Operating Officer – c. £90,000 + benefits (remote/hybrid)
For almost half a century, Crohn’s & Colitis UK has been the leading charity for people affected by Inflammatory Bowel Disease. Every year, 25,000 people in the UK are told they have Crohn’s Disease or Ulcerative Colitis: incurable, unpredictable, life-changing conditions that are on the rise. That diagnosis – which can take years – is just the beginning. Finding a treatment that works is often a long road and many end up needing surgery.
At Crohn’s & Colitis UK we have built a strong community, supporting those who are affected by the conditions and connecting patient advocates, researchers and expert clinicians. We are bringing people together every day and we can work together to help us set out the roadmap to a cure.
