Job description

A global, multi-billion dollar AUM private markets business, going through a huge period of expansion in the middle east, are looking to hire a ‘Chief of Staff’ for their Abu Dhabi office.

Working directly with the Regional CEO and the Group COO, the hire will work a remit split between business strategy and project management responsibilities. He/she will have a major influence on the firm’s strategic direction and delivery during a very important period for the firm’s international buildout. Project work will be wide ranging, with a core focus on infrastructure development (including driving strategic transformation initiatives), incorporating AI tools into operational infrastructure, and analysing the business against more developed private markets business that have moved to the region in recent years.

Candidates should have a clear track record in business strategy and project management, having most recently worked in some form of CoS / business management / shadow COO type role. Candidates must be from strong private markets backgrounds. A very high standard of academics & qualifications is required.

The role offers a lucrative, tax-free compensation package and for London based candidates a substantial relocation component.
