What we offer you

Your responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparing annual budgets for effective financial planning.
  • Providing weekly cash flow updates.
  • Conducting monthly P&L and cash flow analyses for comprehensive financial insights.
  • Implementing cost optimization programs.
  • Reviewing intercompany and external loans to ensure financial health.
  • Supporting sales and operations teams.
  • Leading working capital management.
  • Managing financial planning for human resources.

What we expect from you

We seek a candidate with a strong work ethic, high urgency, and ownership mentality. You should be proactive, committed, humble, and passionate about building and executing new businesses. Additionally, you should have:

  • An accounting background, preferably with over two years of experience at a Big Four firm.
  • Experience as CFO, Head of Finance, or Finance Director in a small or medium-sized business.
  • UK work permit.
  • Industry experience in media and conferences is a plus but not mandatory.
