Overview

Hybrid / Remote working with occasional visits to Manchester Head Office

Our client is a rapidly growing financial services business specialising in Bridging Finance to both residential and commercial clients. Due to rapid growth they are now looking for a CFO to create and implement all of the necessary processes in their finance function.

Although this role is titled as a CFO, it would suit a Finance Director or Financial Controller who is ready to take the next step in their career. This is an amazing opportunity to join a business that is on a rapid growth trajectory and where you will have the opportunity to build a finance function.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement finance function processes and controls to support rapid growth.
• Build relationships with their panel of investors, which range from banks through to high-net-worth private investors.
• Work closely with client solicitors to ensure that all necessary contracts are in place, together with tracking large cash movements and inbound payments for distribution as required.

Qualifications

• Experience working in bridging finance is essential.
• Knowledge of loan notes and sub-charges.
