The right person will be hands‑on, approachable and commercially sharp. You'll thrive working alongside a highly capable finance team, mentoring and developing them, while also engaging with investors, banks and auditors. You'll improve systems, drive reporting accuracy and ensure financial discipline in a way that respects the culture and values of a close‑knit, family business.

We're looking for a professionally qualified finance leader with a proven track record in fast‑moving, margin‑sensitive industries. You'll be equally at home in operational detail as in strategic board discussions, able to influence and collaborate across all levels.
