The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of FCA regulations, strong leadership capabilities, and proven experience in the financial services sector.

This role is critical to:

  • Maintaining our FCA license through strong compliance and governance practices.
  • Upgrading our wholesale license to a retail license, supporting the company’s expansion strategy.
  • Promoting the company brand through external engagement and industry presence.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal policies.
  • Develop and implement effective governance frameworks.
