Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

This high-growth UK defence-tech innovator is redefining sensing and autonomy. With proprietary algorithms already transforming radar, sonar, and electronic warfare systems, they’re ready to scale — and they need a commercially sharp, strategically minded CEO to lead the way.

Role Overview
  • Location : Hybrid (Liverpool – 1–2 times per month on-site)
  • Package : Up-to £150,000 + Bonus + Share Options
  • Industry : Defence, AI, Software, Sensing Technology
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Setting and executing the company’s strategic direction in a pivotal growth phase
  • Owning commercial growth — from building customer pipelines to securing strategic partnerships
  • Leading sales hands-on in early stages, then building a high-performance commercial team
  • Working closely with the CTO to shape a market-aligned product roadmap
  • Taking the lead on funding, investment, and financial planning
  • Ensuring robust governance, cybersecurity, and compliance with defence and export controls
  • Creating a culture of innovation, integrity, and high performance across the business
