Accountable to the Council of Trustees, the role of the Chief Executive is to deliver the Sussex Wildlife Trust’s (SWT) strategy, reflecting the values of the organisation and representing SWT to the public, members and partner organisations. The CEO provides the strategic leadership and management of the team and is responsible for all operational matters.
