A market-leading food business is seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead its sales and growth strategy across multiple channels and geographies. This is a hands‑on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being close to customers, products, and teams. The business operates across branded and own‑label categories, with a strong footprint in both domestic and international markets. The head office is based in Carlisle and requires the CCO to be both in the office and out with customers regularly.
