Part-Time A-Level Chemistry Teacher

Pay: Negotiable based on experience

A well-regarded 11-18 secondary school in Liverpool is seeking a Part-Time A-Level Chemistry Teacher to join its successful sixth form team from January until the end of the academic year.

This role is ideal for an experienced Chemistry specialist with strong subject knowledge who is looking for a flexible, part-time teaching opportunity. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and well-structured A-Level Chemistry lessons to motivated sixth form students.

The Role
  • Teaching A-Level Chemistry to sixth form students
  • 5 hours per week, timetable to be confirmed
  • Planning and delivering high-quality lessons
  • Assessing student progress and providing effective feedback
  • Supporting a positive and inclusive sixth form learning environment
The Ideal Candidate
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • A specialism in Chemistry or a closely related subject
  • Experience teaching A-Level Chemistry is desirableStrong subject knowledge and a passion for science education
