Qualifications

• Experience in various chef roles, such as Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, Head Chef, or Kitchen Manager.
• Willingness to achieve Level 2 qualifications in English and maths.
• Must have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel.

Responsibilities

• Guide apprentices at all levels and support their skill development.
• Provide hands-on training at our Chef Academy.
• Build relationships with employers regarding apprentices’ progress.
