Salary: from £27,000 + £3,500 London Weighting & tax-free bonus | Location: Remote with travel across the London area | Role: Chef Trainer

What You’ll Do
  • Inspire and Teach: Use your kitchen expertise to train apprentices both in their kitchens and online.
  • Hands-On Learning: Support apprentices at our award-winning Chef Academy and help them master a range of culinary techniques.
  • Develop Future Talent: Engage with new apprentices to understand their goals and learning needs and guide their development.
  • Functional Skills: Guide apprentices in the importance of English and maths in kitchen operations.
  • Employer Collaboration: Build relationships with employers, providing feedback on apprentice progress.
  • Plan and Organise: Manage your schedule from home, utilising Google Suite and internal systems for smooth administration.
About You
  • We’re looking for passionate chefs ready to share their expertise and make a real impact on the culinary industry. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
  • A background as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or Chef de Partie, or Kitchen Manager, with a passion for passing on your knowledge.
  • Strong grasp of technology for virtual training and managing administrative tasks.
  • Willingness to work towards Level 2 (GCSE) English and maths, with support provided.
  • A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle for regional travel.
