A food service company is seeking a Chef Supervisor in the UK. The role involves overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, has strong interpersonal skills, and can work under pressure. Sunday to Thursday £13.20 per hour
37.5 hours per week Sunday 07:00am till 11:00am Monday

Building strong customer relationships will be at the heart of what you do, alongside a commitment to ongoing training and adherence to all client house rules.

Oversee daily operations by planning, scheduling, and delivering all planned, reactive, and statutory activities on time while ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety, SLAs, KPIs, and ISO standards.
Lead, motivate, and develop the team
Maintain accurate records, support financial performance, assist the Unit/Soft Services Manager, and contribute to commercial targets and continuous improvement initiatives (including 5S and LEAN). Build strong client relationships by understanding business needs, escalating issues appropriately, supporting other sites when required, and identifying opportunities for service or business growth.
Ensure a consistently high standard of service delivery and workplace safety through effective supervision, adherence to procedures, and active participation in Sodexo initiatives and activities.
Self‑motivated with the ability to set and achieve standards, operate to performance criteria, and work well under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook; literate and numerate.
Works effectively as part of a team and confident in issuing simple instructions.
Strong interpersonal skills; communicates effectively with customers, clients, and colleagues.
Well‑organised with excellent time management.
