Join our team at the Mondelez Marlbrook site as a Chef Manager and take the lead in delivering an outstanding food service experience! This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chef Manager or a Head Chef ready to take the next step into management. The Role: As the Chef Manager, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day running of a small but dynamic catering operation, delivering both breakfast and lunch to a high standard.

Responsibilities
  • Cooking and overseeing breakfast and lunch service
  • Ensuring consistent quality, presentation, and food safety standard
  • Completing daily HSE paperwork
  • Weekly paperwork including banking and stock take
  • Leading and motivating a small on‑site team
  • Engaging with the client, including monthly review meetings
Qualifications
  • Experience as a Chef Manager or a Head Chef looking to step into management
  • Confidence in managing or supporting a small team
  • Good computer skills and understanding of menu management / GP management
  • Strong customer and client focus with excellent people skills
  • Flexibility and a proactive approach to maintaining standards and driving improvements
