Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85‑acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman‑inspired spa – Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.

We are looking for a skilled Sushi Chef De Partie to join our excellent Culinary team.

The on‑target earning potential for this role is £37,685.43 per annum based on a 45‑hour contract – comprising a base salary of £30,685.43, plus a qualified estimate of £7,000 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.

As Sushi Chef you will prepare delicious and attractive sushi and sashimi and will play a vital role alongside the kitchen’s senior leadership in managing all food‑related standards, health and safety ensuring the guests and members experience is always in line with Estelle Manor standards.
