Job summary

A leading catering company is seeking a Chef De Partie for their Central Production Unit. You will be responsible for catering for 2,000 people a day, preparing a daily hot food menu, and developing menus according to client needs. The role entails a working pattern of Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum.

We are excited to be recruiting for a Chef De Partie to work in our Central Production Unit.

Location: SW19 8LG

Rate of Pay: £35,000 per annum

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 06.00 to 14.30 (option to start at 05.00 to do the breakfast shift)

Key Responsibilities
  • Catering for workplace food production that caters for 2,000 people per day. This includes a daily hot food menu that fits into a rotation of global food concepts
  • Cold salad bar & sandwich preparation
  • To develop and plan menus that are in line with client and customer needs
