Chef de Partie – Flexi Hours

Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill is located in Marylebone, within easy public transport access. The hotel houses 440 rooms, including 50 suites and 11 meeting spaces. Dining options feature seasonal dishes and Afternoon Tea at The Montagu Kitchen, and snacks and cocktails at the award‑winning Churchill Bar & Terrace.

The Chef de Partie role is essential to our kitchen operations, supervising a specific kitchen section and supporting the team in delivering exceptional cuisine.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee a specific kitchen section, ensuring consistent dish preparation and presentation to the highest standard.
  • Control daily stock, coordinate with other sections for smooth kitchen operations, and maintain cleanliness and organization.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
  • Train, supervise and develop commis chefs and junior staff, providing guidance, mentoring and professional development.
Qualifications
