Qualifications

• Must be fully qualified with Level 2 & 3 in food preparation.
• Previous experience in managing food storage and stock rotation.
• Flexibility to work shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sous Chefs in food preparation and presentation.
• Run your section in the absence of the Senior Team.
• Ensure highest standards of food quality and presentation.
