We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to keep the kitchen rolling, food flawless and make every plate unforgettable (only in a good way!) at The Hoxton, Edinburgh.
Reporting to the Executive Chef, you’ll be responsible for providing a highly efficient and effective service, ensuring standards are maintained and guest needs are anticipated. This is a casual, flexible role where you choose the shifts that work for your life, and there may be opportunities to pick up hours elsewhere in the hotel too.

Set across 11 beautiful Georgian townhouses, we’re home to 214 bedrooms, a lively open lobby and bar, an all-day Italian trattoria Patatino, a retro-inspired cinema, a flexible and super-size event space called The Get Together, and The Apartment – our unique signature spot for meetings, private dinners and memorable gatherings.
