We are looking for a CDP chef to help oversee the running of this great kitchen. You will have experience to at level.

Live in accommodation is available to help with relocation and the salary on offer is up to £18,500

Typical duties will include:

• Working closely with the head chef in regards to the food offering and menu development
• Ensuring quality and health and safety standards are adhered to
• Ensuring stock is correctly stored and rotated
• Ordering and negotiating with suppliers
• Ensuring equipment is well maintained
• Helping to facilitate the ongoing training and development of the junior chefs
