Role: Chef De Partie
Location: Sevenoaks, Kent

Salary: £29,000 + Tronc

Hours: 48 Hours Per week

Platinum Recruitment is working in Partnership with a high-end restaurant based just outside Sevenoaks. The Head Chef is looking for a talented Chef De Partie to join his ambitious kitchen.

What’s involved?

  1. Prep and cook high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
  2. Maintain 2 AA Rosette Standards.
  3. Ensure all mise en place is ready for smooth service.
  4. Cook and present delicious, well-plated breakfasts to high standards.
  5. Follow food safety & hygiene regulations (HACCP).
  6. Ensure stock rotation and storage are properly managed.
  7. Communicate any issues, shortages, or special requests effectively.
  8. Support other sections of the kitchen when needed.
  9. Clean down your section and prepare for the following morning.
  10. Assist in ordering ingredients and checking stock levels.
