As Chef de Partie/Senior Chef de Partie, you will be a key team member, ensuring exceptional food quality, operational efficiency, and food safety. This role demands culinary creativity, a meticulous approach to food safety, and a focus on team development, profitability, and guest satisfaction.

While not essential, experience in preparing classic Italian dishes such as pizza, pasta, and traditional recipes will be highly regarded. We welcome applicants with a strong passion for Italian cuisine and a willingness to learn and grow within our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To ensure food is prepared to required standards checking for taste, presentation and quality.
  • To ensure portion control, preparation and storage methods to avoid wastage and keep down costs.
  • Maintaining high standards of fire, hygiene and safety as laid down by Company and local Environmental Health.
  • Preparing the designated section prior to each shift.
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the designated section as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
  • Following the recipes and ensuring that the highest quality food is produced on a consistent basis.
  • Ensuring safe hygiene practices are maintained throughout the kitchen at all times

*Less experienced candidates will be considered for the role of Chef de Partie.
