Salary : £35,000 package (base salary + monthly service charge)
Hours : Full-time | Approx. 48 hours per week

Set within four acres of beautifully maintained gardens, this elegant Georgian country-house hotel is recognised in the Michelin Guide and offers one of Bath’s most refined dining experiences. The restaurant focuses on seasonal, beautifully executed modern British and European dishes, crafted with precision and served in an atmosphere of relaxed luxury.
Just a short walk from Bath city centre and long regarded as one of the area’s most charming 5‑star hotels, this is an excellent opportunity for a Chef de Partie looking to grow within an established and highly regarded kitchen.
The Role
We’re seeking an ambitious Chef de Partie to join a passionate brigade committed to quality, seasonality, and exceptional guest experience. You’ll take responsibility for your section, working closely with senior chefs to deliver consistently high standards across every service.
This role suits a CDP who values craftsmanship, attention to detail and a professional, supportive working culture.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present dishes to Michelin Guide standard with consistency and precision
Manage your own section throughout preparation and service
Maintain accurate food labelling, stock rotation, and HACCP requirements
Ensure a clean, organised working environment at all times
Support junior chefs and contribute positively to team development
Work cohesively with senior chefs to ensure a smooth daily operation
Maintain up-to-date allergen knowledge and food safety compliance
Deliver high-quality, seasonal cooking using fresh, locally sourced ingredients
About You
Experience working in a high-quality fresh-food environment (Rosette or Michelin desirable)
Strong technical ability and genuine passion for refined cuisine
Organised, calm under pressure and confident managing a section
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and progress
A natural team player with high standards and attention to detail
£35,000 overall package (base salary + service charge)
