Chef - Client Support Team - Casual - One Crown Ct, London. Lexington is an award-winning contract caterer that focuses on providing great food and service to customers. To do this, we need fabulous people and we work hard to create an environment where our team members feel engaged, inspired, valued, and enjoy what they do.

Lexington Client Support team (Chef relief work) Casual contracts available. Casual- Minimum commitment of 24 hours - up to 40 hours per week, 5 out of 7. Casual Salary- Starting from £15.85 to £18.81, this includes the (12.07%) Holiday added and is also based on your skills and experience.

We are looking for Chefs from CDP level onwards to join our relief team. Responsibilities include:

  • Assist Lexington sites based all across central London with dedicated Kitchen team members.
  • Ensure full area of responsibility is clean, appropriately presented, and stocked at all times.
  • Ensure thorough and up to date knowledge and understanding of menu and special offers in order to provide relevant information to customers and clients.
  • Be responsible for smooth operation of relevant equipment, reporting any maintenance issues in line with procedures.
  • Ensure all complaint handling is dealt with professionally and in line with procedures.
  • Ensure that COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to, and any incidents are reported in line with procedures.
  • Ad-hoc duties to support the catering team and services.
