CHEF LOOKING: We’re hiring a Chef (Prep Kitchen) at Al Volo – The Italian Quickie, a new grab & go concept bringing real regional Italian food to the City. Morning shifts only. This is a prep-only role with no live service, no plating under pressure—just clean, consistent, high-quality cooking in Italian style. Not doing pasta or pizza; focus is on protein/vegetable based dishes and vibrant salads to showcase Italian richness.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the daily prep.
• Follow recipes with care and consistency.
• Handle batch cooking, mise en place, and food storage.
• Keep the kitchen organised and spotless.
