Overview

Valuation Surveyor (Long Form/Prime London) – up to £80k basic + Bonuses

We’re working with a long established, super prime London specialist who are looking to hire an additional Residential Valuation Surveyor as follows:

Responsibilities

• Value prime/residential properties for a range of purposes, including loan security, probate, taxation, accounting, matrimonial, investment portfolios, expert witness, receivership, etc.
• Provide bespoke long form (red book) valuations for Private Banks, UHNWIs and FTSE100 companies in a quality‑focused environment with no emphasis on high‑volume panel work.
• Utilize existing valuation skills while transitioning away from corporate/mainstream residential valuation to a less volume‑driven, more quality‑focused role.

Qualifications

• MRICS / FRICS qualified with VRS (AssocRICS Surveyors not considered).
• 3–5 years+ PQE with a proven track record valuing within/across London (ideally prime).

Compensation & Benefits

Salary up to £80k basic with bonuses (based on fee income) enabling OTE well in excess of £100k, in addition to a car allowance, pension, healthcare and generous annual leave entitlement.
