About the Role

We are working with an established and growing structural engineering consultancy based in North West London (NW2), seeking a Chartered Structural Engineer to join the business in a senior, leadership‑focused position.

This is a hands‑on technical role combined with team leadership responsibilities, ideal for an experienced engineer looking to take ownership of projects, mentor junior engineers, and play a key role in the delivery and sign‑off of structural designs and reports.

The position is fully office‑based, with regular site visits as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of structural engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship
  • Communicate effectively with both UK‑based and offshore team members
  • Prepare, review, and sign off structural engineering reports
