Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver projects efficiently from inception to completion, ensuring value for money.
  • Comply with established procurement, commercial, and contractual strategies.
  • Follow all Environmental, Health, Safety, Security, and Quality Standards.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and provide excellent client service.
  • Share knowledge and best practice across projects, supporting team development.
  • Prioritize workload effectively to meet project deadlines.
Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Degree-qualified in Building Surveying or a similar technical discipline.
  • MRICS or membership of another relevant professional body.

Experience:

  • Strong technical delivery experience within a consultancy environment.
  • Good knowledge of JCT contracts.
  • Proven project management skills from inception to completion.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and coordinating teams.
