The work you'll lead
  • Pre-acquisition and technical due diligence
  • Dilapidations strategy (landlord and tenant)
  • Contract administration and project delivery
  • Defect analysis and technical reporting
  • Schedules of condition and PPM surveys
  • Party wall and neighbourly matters
  • Exposure to expert witness and housing disrepair work

You will manage your own workload, develop client relationships and have freedom to shape your portfolio to your strengths.
