What you will be doing:
  • Oversee and provide high-quality care and support to people in a learning disability setting, while supporting your team and colleagues and promoting good teamwork.
  • Lead and coordinate the quality and management of nursing care and clinical services, ensuring the smooth operation of your unit.
  • Delegate nursing tasks and coordinate with other teams.
  • Monitor service users’ conditions and respond to changes.
  • Supervise team members, providing guidance and support.
  • Make critical decisions regarding service user assignments, staff scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Act as liaison between nursing staff and other healthcare professionals, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
