A leading supermarket chain in Welwyn Garden City is seeking a Change Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering change management strategies and engaging stakeholders effectively. Responsibilities include conducting change impact assessments, developing communication materials, and being the go-to expert for the people side of change. The role offers a hybrid working model and values inclusivity and diversity in the workplace.
This team is at the heart of designing and enabling transformational Technology based change across Tesco. The team is responsible for a diverse portfolio of projects and programmes that impact colleagues and suppliers across the Tesco organisation at all levels. We recognise that change management is a critical element of successful transformation to ensure we realise our benefits so are looking for a Change Manager with experience of, and passion for delivering effective change.
This is a 12 month FTC.
