Senior Change Manager / Change Lead

needed urgently for an initial 3-6 month engagement with our Consultancy client in Manchester. The right candidate must have extensive demonstrable experience leading and delivering complex business change initiatives within corporate environments, including Legal Services.

The role is Outside IR35 and requires candidates to work 2-days per week onsite in Manchester.

Change Consultant Role Detail - Hanya Partners to Global Legal Client

The Change Manager will be responsible for providing key business change documents covering the change impacts and interventions needed to support engagement, communication, training, adoption and continued use of new tools and processes.

The Change Lead will take responsibility for ensuring that:
  • Change artefacts are created and agreed by the project and the Governance team
  • Business impact assessments and actions are tracked and prioritised
  • Maintaining stakeholder relationships with areas impacted, agree ownership of readiness criteria.
  • Facilitate Business Readiness Forums and feedback mechanisms where appropriate
  • Develop and agree change approach and engagement and communication plans for relevant persona groups
  • Adoption strategies assisted, progressed, and managed
  • Training Needs Assessments are carried out and training products are defined and delivered in collaboration with internal learning teams/third parties
Key skills and experience required:
  • Change Consultant ideally that has worked in legal
  • Strong story telling skills
  • Excellent Stakeholder management
  • Ability to simplify messaging
  • Flexible in their change approach (may be time constraints, understanding the end users are very time poor)
  • Whilst dedicated to one implementation, ability to juggle multiple priorities is of benefit as this may change if there is capacity.
